Cassi Fix It

We had a major case of Cassi Fix It today.  And it was me!

I’ve wanted ombre hair for a while now, so I finally talked to Cassi and went in today.  Here is my reference picture:

And here is what I left with (6 hours later mind you):

Slightly off from that original photo, huh?  Well, the ombre effect was just not working on my hair.  Like at all.  It was definitely more on the colorblock side of things.  I wish I had pictures of that!  But we finally got the color to look pretty decent, well on the left side of my head at least.  The right just looked worse and worse!  So I told her I wanted an undercut, to just get rid of that pesky right side.  She finally took the clippers to my head (it’s been six years since the last time she’s done that!)  The undercut was pretty damn cool, but something was off.  So, the Frictator/Envisionary stepped in and helped us with a new concept.  So I, the ever faithful/ever frustrating client, sat back down and let the Hairstylist/Executionary get to work.
