hrrrthrrr: Love this tutorial for creating temporary pastel chalk streaks in your hair by The Beauty Department. Definitely will be trying this out! Temporary colored tips!  And it’ll work on darker hair!  And and I have soft pastels in my art kit!  Trying this over the weekend :) UPDATE - Never doing this again.  My hair was so dry and stiff.  It was like I had caked on colored hair spray or something.  It was so gross, and the color didn’t show up that great on my hair either, even though the original post by TBD said that it would work on darker colored hair if you just got it wet first.  Ugh, disappointed.
